I am a Mexican in love with nature, color, the folklore of flavors, colors and smells. I am a lover of my ancestral heritage, of the stories and recipes that my mother, grandparents and family have inherited from me on this journey called life. I love walking in the field and finding in it food and medicine that my grandfather and grandmother taught me since I was a child to heal the soul and body. I love talking with the wind, letting myself be embraced by it, by its wisdom and by its sacred medicine that provides Health and Life every day. I love traveling, meeting new people, dancing, reading, being positive and seeing happy people.
