I am Chef Paule, I grew up in a world studded with spices and aromas alongside my father, a chef who received the Maître Rôtisseur de La Confrérie de la chaîne des rôtisseurs Award, and my mother, who is passionate about pastry and cooking. Walking in the footsteps of my parents, I combine several personal ingredients in the kitchen that I practice: my story shared between France and Ivory Coast, my desire to decompartmentalise the gastronomy, my nomadic journey having led me to appreciate the cuisines of Israel, Ivory Coast, Belgium, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom, France etc. To make your taste buds travel and to surprise you, the culinary art I practice is without borders. I mix African ingredients, tradition and food culture and French/ African cooking techniques in order to create the Afro-fusion experience.
